Audi Q7 Service Experience I took my Audi Q7 to Foreign Motors, and I have to say, my experience was nothing but professionalism from start to finish! 💯 My vehicle was in and out with one-day service, although they kept it overnight to make sure everything was taken care of properly. They replaced all 6 spark plugs and all 6 ignition coils. Great service, professional staff, and they treated my vehicle right. I definitely appreciate the quality of work and customer service. I will definitely be back! 💯🚘

I had a great experience with Foreign Motors. They worked on my Mercedes-Benz and did an excellent job. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my car is running great. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with a luxury vehicle, but I felt confident leaving my Mercedes in their hands. Their customer service was outstanding, and I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend Foreign Motors to anyone looking for quality service on a European vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs.

I would give -5 stars if that were an option. I strongly recommend avoiding Foreign Motors. My vehicle was at this shop from May 9 to July 9. During that time, communication was extremely poor. Calls and texts were not answered, and estimated timelines repeatedly passed without clear updates. When I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked by the condition it was returned in. The car had been kept in an unsecured lot with no apparent surveillance apart from the immediate garage area. When I arrived, no one was outside with the vehicle. I was able to walk up to my car and open the door myself. The owner’s response was that he “knew I was picking it up,” even though I never confirmed an exact pickup date or time. In my opinion, that is completely unacceptable. I have never used a garage that leaves customer vehicles unlocked and unattended, even briefly. My vehicle sat at this location for weeks in an unsecured lot and appeared to have been left unlocked. When I picked it up, there was new body damage, personal property had been stolen from inside the vehicle, and the vehicle had been vandalized while in Foreign Motors’ possession. I have an Audi a4 and when I was having issues with my car, NOBODY wanted to touch it. All they did was complain about how hard the car is to work on and how it would take a while for them to get to it. I called Foreign Motors and not only did they take it immediately, but they had such a positive vibe about it. It took only a day for the diagnosis and then once it was done, they literally ran through everything that was wrong with it, down to how I can maintain it once I got it back. I felt like my car was literally at a doctors office. He took his time and answered all of my questions. It felt like family to be honest - like back in the day taking the car to a family mechanic. Great price! Exceptional customer service. Quick with getting back to you. I highly recommend!

Tom is a very nice guy who was determined to deliver good customer service and he did. He was very responsive and has a great personality. Just picked my car up yesterday and it’s running fine. The oil light took a little time catching up to the service and when I shared my concern, he immediately had me bring it back. Good thing it wasn’t anything else and he even topped off my wiper fluid for free - what a guy! I appreciate the timely good service of this business. Thanks guys!!
